Policies and Expectations

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments are generally due by the first each month for that month.  There is a $10/week late fee for late payment.  For your convenience, there are several ways to make your payment:

  1. Venmo (Preferred): Venmo is a free app, available for both Android and iOS operating systems, which allows instant transfer of funds between users. Venmo transfers are completely free, provided that they are made from a bank account or debit card. There is a 3% fee, paid by the person transferring, for transfers from a credit card. Payments made via Venmo should be sent directly to @JeffreyTarrVoiceStudio
  2. Paypal/Credit Card - Please be advised that a 3% processing fee will be added to a student’s monthly tuition when using PayPal.
  3. Checks should be made out to Jeffrey Tarr Voice Studio and handed to me during the lesson.  You are responsible for any bank penalty fees for returned checks.
  4. Cash - A receipt will be emailed to you.


ATTENDANCE/CANCELLATION POLICY

It is important that the student/parent obtain all contact information from the instructor in the event a lesson must be missed.

Unexcused absences from voices lessons will be charged the full lesson price.

24-hour notice of absences is required. Notification must be made to the voice instructor directly.  If less than 24-hour notice is given, the student will be charged full price for the lesson (text message preferred).

When proper notice is given, a make-up lesson can be scheduled at the voice instructor’s discretion.  This will likely occur after school.

No refunds can be made for missed or unused voice lessons.
